The driver wedge

The only DOT platform drivers actually open.
Because it was built for the cab, not the back office.

Most compliance systems are designed for the carrier office and bolted onto the driver as an afterthought. 365 IDME flips the order. The driver experience comes first, the fleet console inherits the data, and the audit trail builds itself in the background.

Smart-time alerts

Notifications that respect the cab clock.

Random selections, MEC reminders, and Clearinghouse prompts are timed to HOS windows and driver availability, not the sender's clock. The result is fewer missed deadlines, fewer refusals, and a measurable lift in on-time test completion.

Tied to the on-time random rate above.

Truck-accessible routing

Sites that can physically take a tractor and trailer.

Every routed collection site is filtered for trailer access, real parking, hours of operation, and live wait time. No strip-mall clinic with three parking spots. No urban dead-end. No wasted clock.

SAMHSA-approved network, vetted for Class 8 access.

Peace of mind, in pocket

The pressure is real. The app removes most of it.

MEC, CDL, MVR, drug screens, and the one-tap audit packet live on the device. When the inspector asks, the answer is already in your hand. When something goes wrong on the road, the recovery flow is one tap away.

Driver-first by design. HR-grade by architecture.

Distribution strategy, not a discount

Enterprise-grade platform. Provided free to drivers.

Carriers, TPAs, and HR teams pay for the fleet console, the audit exports, and the integrations. Drivers get the full app at no cost, because adoption in the cab is the compliance strategy. Fleets follow the drivers, not the other way around.

How it works

From random selection to cleared status. In three steps.

Random testing used to mean a phone tree, a fax machine, and a missed load. 365 IDME replaces all of it.

01

The notification finds you. No excuses

SMS, push, and email at the same time, with the deadline and a single GO NOW button. Selected for a random? You'll know in seconds, not days.

The right collection site, not just the nearest

Truck-friendly parking. Live wait times. Open right now. The app routes you to a SAMHSA-approved site that can actually take a tractor and trailer. Not a strip-mall clinic with three parking spots.

"Cleared." Receipt in your pocket.

Lab uploads the negative result. Your DER is auto-notified. You've got a tamper-evident receipt on your phone. And the audit packet builds itself in the background.

Why us

We've been doing this since fax machines were a flex.

365 BackgroundChecks has run DOT compliance programs for 20+ years. We didn't bolt mobile onto a clipboard. We rebuilt the whole thing for the phone in your pocket. Without losing a single regulation.

Owner-operators and HR teams stay current on 365 IDME

The old way

  • Fax to a TPA, hope it lands
  • Phone tree to find a collection site
  • Lost MEC, blocked dispatch
  • HR spreadsheets that go stale weekly
  • Audit prep = three days of digging
  • Driver gets the news at the scale house

The 365 IDME way

  • Tap. Selected. Routed. Done.
  • Truck-friendly site, live wait time
  • MEC reminder 30 days before it expires
  • Live HR dashboard, always current
  • Audit packet in 90 seconds
  • Driver knows before the dispatcher does

Security backbone

Built on a NIST-validated cryptographic module. So data in motion is never the data itself.

365 IDME integrates Eclypses® MTE® (Micro Token Exchange), a cryptographic module independently validated under FIPS 140-3 by the NIST Cryptographic Module Validation Program. Every payload in motion, including drug screen results, medical cards, Clearinghouse queries, and audit packets, is replaced with a one-time, polymorphic token before it leaves the device. No shared secret. No certificate to misissue. No key to leak.

FIPS 140-3 validated module

Eclypses® MTE® holds an active NIST CMVP validation. 365 IDME uses that module for data-in-transit protection. The product itself is not a separately certified cryptographic module.

HIPAA-ready architecture

PHI segregated, encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys, full audit trail, and BAAs available. HIPAA compliance is operational and assessed per deployment.

Zero shared secrets

MTE® replaces shared keys and long-lived certificates with per-payload tokens. The key-distribution attack surface goes away.

Tamper-evident in transit

Replay, spoof, and MITM attacks fail by design. Each token is single-use and bound to the session.

Phased delivery · honest roadmap

Phase 1 ships first. Phase 2 and 3 are already on the board.

We are leading with the MVP carriers and CTOs can put in drivers' hands now. Everything in Phase 2 and 3 is scoped, sequenced, and on a soft window so procurement teams can plan against it.

Phase 1 · MVP

Soft window: late-July 2026
  • Driver app: random pool, GO NOW, MEC / CDL / MVR tracking
  • On-device compliance vault + roadside audit packet
  • HR portal: drug & alcohol ordering, approve / reject, dashboard
  • FMCSA Clearinghouse queries (pre-employment + annual)
  • DQF scorecard against §391.51 (Phase 1.5 add)
  • Eclypses® MTE® on PII transmission, HIPAA-ready architecture

Phase 2 · Hardening + Screening

Soft window: mid-to-late September 2026
  • Vendor-agnostic CDLIS, MVR, PSP, Safety Performance History, BGC
  • Consent ledger, FCRA adverse-action workflow, retention engine
  • MTE fail-closed on every Mobile to API endpoint, PII at rest tokenization
  • Lab + FMCSA integrations promoted to production SLOs
  • Rideshare-to-collection concierge, liveness biometrics
  • Insurance carrier reporting, audit export hardening

Phase 3 · Scale

Q4 2026 · optional
  • Unified Driver Compliance State across DQF, Clearinghouse, MEC, MVR, training
  • ELD + dispatch deep integrations
  • Multi-fleet enterprise console + rollups
  • Healthcare clinic integrations (occupational health, small practices plug into ordering, chain-of-custody, results, consents)
  • Advanced analytics, anomaly detection
  • SSO / SAML, fleet-level RBAC
  • Carrier marketplace + partner APIs

Today's interactive demo previews Phase 1. Phase 2 and 3 scope is in the build spec.
